It can make the circuit breaker size reduction, conducive to switchgear miniaturization.

Previously, the insulating shell of the general vacuum interrupter was exposed to the air, and there was the problem of being contaminated by external dust and humidity. In order to reduce this effect, the shell of the vacuum interrupter is required to have sufficient length, which not only affects the miniaturization of the vacuum interrupter, but also affects the performance and reliability of the vacuum interrupter. Solid-sealed pole has the following advantages: compared with the traditional assembled pole, the number of parts of the solid-sealed pole is greatly reduced, the lap surface of the conductor is reduced from 6 to 3 groups, and the connecting bolts are reduced from 8 to 1~3, (see Figure 7) the simple structure greatly improves the reliability of the circuit breaker; because the vacuum interrupter is embedded in the solid material, so there is no need to do any further processing, the solid-sealed pole can achieve a high degree of insulation strength; vacuum interrupters are embedded in the solid material, so do not need to do any further processing, solid-sealed pole can achieve a very High insulation strength; vacuum interrupter is embedded in the solid material, the pole of the external environment on the vacuum interrupter is minimized.
